Our Lincoln based Client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team who provide first class support to their customers via telephone, and email communication.
THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Advisor you responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
Building rapport and relationships with both new and existing customers
Providing a range of administration support when required
Taking ownership of customer enquiries and dealing confidently with any difficult situations
Keeping a bespoke computer system up to date
Following company policies
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Customer Service Advisor candidate will ideally possess the following:
Experience within a Customer Service environment
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
Great team working skills and a flexible approach
Computer skills – particularly with Microsoft Office
