Salary between £27,000 and £42,000 dependant on experience and contract type.

Description

Asbestos Consultant - Excellent Salary | Flexibility | Career Progression

Conduct asbestos sampling, Reinspection's, Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of domestic, commercial and industrial properties in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures. Additional duties will include collecting site data, transport of asbestos samples to UKAS accredited laboratories approved by the company and completing asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.

Conducting air monitoring and 4-stage clearance procedures in line with HSG 248 and our UKAS accredited procedures.

Building and maintaining client relationships plus providing specialist advice and technical support when required. Liaise with the Asbestos Surveying Quality, Contracts, Projects Managers and Supervisor as and when required. Liaise with clients where necessary.

Set a personal example and generally promote the company in a professional manner at all times.

About you:

-BOHS P402 qualified (or equivalent)

-BOHS P403/P404 qualified (or equivalent)

-Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial, and/or industrial sectors

-In-depth knowledge of HSG 264 and HSG 248.

-Strong knowledge of site analytical and removal practices.

-Familiarity with TEAMS useful but not essential

-Full UK driving licence

-Committed to delivering high standards while maintaining a healthy work-life balance
