As this is a driving role it is essential you have a full driving licence (with no more than 3 penalty points) and include full C1 category on your licence. Applications will be accepted from candidates that have not yet obtained the C1 category, however, the C1 category must be obtained in order to book your place on an induction course. Further details will be shared with you at the interview stage. Applicants must hold at time of application 3 GCSEs (grade 4/C or above) and must include Maths and English, or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2. You must be able to provide certificate evidence prior to the interview stage. This apprenticeship offers Level 3 Ambulance Support Worker Apprenticeship This is a nationally recognised qualification, structured training, hands-on experience, career development, NHS pension and staff benefits. Successful candidates will undertake a 12-week full-time training course which includes 8 weeks of clinical training and 4 weeks of emergency response driver training.
