About the Role

You’ll be delivering creative, dynamic and person-centred support to adults living in their own homes and supported living settings.
You will help people with a range of needs, including:


Learning disabilities
Autism
Mental health needs
Physical health conditions


Every day is different, and your support may include:


Personal care
Cooking, cleaning & household tasks
Medication support
Budgeting, shopping & attending appointments
Helping people build confidence and independence
Supporting individuals to engage in community activities and meaningful routines


You’ll be part of a supportive team, but may also work independently at times — and you’ll have the chance to build real, lasting connections that truly make a difference.

We’ll support you to learn, grow and develop throughout your career.


Working Hours

This role includes:


Day shifts
Evening shifts
Sleep-in shifts
Weekend working


You will need to be available for a range of shift patterns.

Previous experience is desirable, but full training is provided.

An enhanced Adult DBS check is required.
