We are seeking an experienced Emergency Response Coordinator to ensure the safe, compliant, and competent delivery of facility services across a designated regional area.​

This role is pivotal in maintaining service excellence and creating an outstanding workplace experience for our customers.

You will act as a key point of contact for local site customers, ensuring that all services meet agreed standards, outcomes, and targets.

Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you will supervise and line manage site-based facility teams (Placemakers), working collaboratively to uphold health and safety standards and foster a strong safety culture.​

This position requires a proactive leader with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage operational challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Support the contract management team in delivering and developing service solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety legislation.

Manage rostering of engineering, cleaning, and facility staff to meet contractual requirements and cover absences.

Ensure all documentation (audits, COSHH, H&S, SOPs) is accurate, up to date, and reviewed as required.

Oversee recruitment, training, and development of frontline Placemakers.

Deliver services in a commercially responsible manner, ensuring cost control within agreed plans.

Record and manage customer queries and complaints in line with established procedures.

Complete all required reporting, paperwork, and administration accurately and on time.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Supervisory experience in a facilities, engineering, or cleaning services environment.

Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently while following management guidance.

Proven ability to manage business performance and deliver successful outcomes.

Skilled in identifying service improvements and solving operational challenges promptly.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on team performance and customer satisfaction.
