Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 OTE

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Roadside Technician to join a specialist team supporting drivers across the UK. As a Roadside Technician, you’ll start and finish your day from home, working demand‑led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with the option to increase your earnings through overtime.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, problem‑solving, and delivering exceptional customer service when people need it most.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Roadside Technician, you’ll handle:
- Mechanical roadside repairs
- Vehicle diagnostics
- Emergency breakdown support
- Fast, confident solutions for issues ranging from flat batteries and tyres to complex electrical faults
Every day is different. You’ll be trusted to make decisions on the spot, support customers in stressful moments, and represent the business with professionalism and pride.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ post‑qualification experience in mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work
- Full UK driving licence
- A calm, customer‑focused approach
- Confidence working independently on the roadside
