Summary
Your new company We are currently partnering with a highly respected national law firm to recruit an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor (Grade B or C) to join their well-established Manchester or Birmingham offices. Your new role
As a Serious Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of serious injury files with minimal supervision
- Assisting senior team members on higher-value claims
- Working closely with clients, medical experts, counsel, and rehabilitation specialists
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to experts
- Providing guidance and support to junior colleagues where appropriate
- Contributing to ongoing business development and team growth
- Ensuring the highest standards of client care throughout each stage of the litigation process
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified solicitor or CILEX (essential)
- Proven background in multi-track personal injury and/or serious injury claims
- Strong technical ability and excellent litigation skills
- Exceptional communication and client‑care skills
- The ability to work proactively as part of a collaborative team
- A genuine passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
