The Role

Are you confident opening doors, starting conversations and turning cold prospects into long-term customers? Do you enjoy building something from the ground up rather than managing an inherited account list? If so, this Business Development Manager role could be exactly what you’re looking for.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to rebuild and grow our B2B function across a portfolio of exciting consumer brands entering the UK and Europe.

This is not a maintenance job. There is no large book of accounts waiting for you. Instead, you will create pipeline, win new partners and shape the sales approach from day one. You will work closely with our CEO and run the B2B channel like your own business.

One week you might be pitching toys to holiday parks. The next, discussing commercial products with distributors or retail groups. It’s varied, fast and genuinely interesting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own B2B revenue growth across multiple consumer brands.
• Build pipeline through distributors, wholesalers, retailers and partnerships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close and account growth.
• Identify and open new channels and opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and events to win new customers and brand partners.
• Help improve processes and set the direction for the B2B strategy.

The Person

• 3+ years’ B2B sales experience with clear wins you personally closed.
• Comfortable building new business from scratch.

• Experience with physical products or distribution is helpful.
