TM Scotland has an exciting opportunity and is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a family-run business, Abbotsford Care (Glenrothes) Ltd, to add a Senior Care Support Worker to their existing team based in a popular Residential Care Home in Kirkcaldy.
Our Clients' business was established in 1987, and they now have over 500 employees based in different locations across the Fife area. They take pride in investing in their people via an excellent training and development program with ongoing Mentor support.
A caring and understanding nature and a willingness to learn will stand you in good stead for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care support to the highest standard
Moving and transferring of residents
Daily cleaning tasks
Delegate duties within your team's capabilities
Assisting with rotas
Communicating with clients and family members
Benefits:
Excellent training from day 1
12 weeks temp to perm for the right candidate after successfully completing probation
Guaranteed hours – 12-hour shifts - 8 am-8 pm and 8 pm-8 am
Extra shifts available to cover holidays and sickness, paid at time and a half

Subsidised gym membership of 10%
Weekly wages whilst employed by Taskmaster Scotland
20 days of annual leave

Requirements:
SVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience in a similar role
