We are looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Care Workers / Care Assistants to join our growing domiciliary care team providing support to individuals in their own homes across Birmingham and Sandwell.
As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting service users to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting with light household duties
• Following individual care plans
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Reporting any concerns to senior staff
• Promoting dignity, respect, and independence at all times

Essential Requirements
• Caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Desirable Requirements
• Previous experience in domiciliary care or healthcare
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
