Crynodeb
• To provide effective and efficient administrative, clerical and technical support to the Building Control Service
• To act as the first point of contact for the service providing excellent customer service through the handling of telephone calls, face to face customer contact and written correspondence
• To ensure the accurate, reliable and efficient operation of the iDox Building Control system and other associated computer systems that support the Building Control Service
• Maintain, develop and implement system and configuration improvements to ensure maximum effectiveness of the business processes
• Support and train staff in the use of the Building Control Systems
