We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a reputable commercial vehicle sales dealership in Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a thriving business. The role of the Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive involves significant responsibility and offers outstanding earning potential.

Duties:

- Drive new and used van sales, including finance, insurance, and ancillary products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including liaising with coachbuilding firms for vehicle conversions
- Keep customers informed about delivery timelines and address any delays
- Gather payment and complete all necessary documentation to facilitate vehicle handover
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support the growth of the business through proactive sales initiatives
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

- Proven experience selling commercial vehicles, ideally within the leasing or dealership environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Ambitious and target-driven mindset, with a strong desire to succeed and maximise earnings
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle stock management and related processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Bridgend or the Vale of Glamorgan, as remote work is unavailable for the Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive position
- Right to work in the UK
