Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial and Partnerships Manager
The Commercial and Partnerships Manager serves as the primary lead for the Association’s Intelligent Client Function. This role provides strategic oversight and commercial governance of delivery partners, ensuring that all subsidiary operations achieve maximum value for money.
We are looking for someone who can provide strategic guidance on profit reinvestment, analysing subsidiary surpluses to ensure they are effectively gifted back to the Association to fund high-priority maintenance or development work, mitigate legal and financial risk by managing a comprehensive and live lease log to ensure statutory compliance, insurance validation, and the timely execution of break clauses and lead the financial modelling and viability analysis for diversified commercial opportunities, such as solar energy generation, EV charging infrastructure, and biodiversity net gain schemes, to identify and secure new revenue streams.
As part of the role you will be required to drive operational excellence and value for money by leading rigorous monthly performance reviews that utilise robust KPIs and SLAs to scrutinise cost variances, delivery delays, and service quality moving oversight from operational habit to data-driven accountability and focus on Capital Maximisation by identifying non-performing or high-liability assets via data-led intelligence to maximise capital receipts for corporate reinvestment.
