Managing Engineer Expenses & Allowances:With a large number of engineers, you'll help keep expense processes running smoothly. This includes logging submitted receipts into a spreadsheet, preparing pivot‑table summaries for reimbursement, and managing weekly overnight allowances. You'll reconcile advances against actual stays, and where necessary, prepare a monthly deductions schedule for payroll.

Being Part of a Supportive Finance Team:As part of a small, collaborative accounts team, you'll have the opportunity to build a broad skill set. Everyone is encouraged to understand each other's responsibilities to provide seamless cover during busy periods or holidays.
