Your new role
As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-impact logistics and technology projects across the organisation. Acting as a key link between senior leadership, operational teams, and technical specialists, the role involves turning strategic objectives into clear, achievable delivery plans.You will take ownership of projects such as new partner onboardings, business-line launches, system migrations, and enhancements to the company's technology stack. The position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to simplify complex challenges, and a focus on driving projects to completion on time and to scope.As the organisation grows, you will also contribute to strengthening delivery frameworks, refining governance, and improving cross-functional collaboration - ensuring the business is equipped to scale effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within logistics, supply chain, operations, or technology-led environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally with experience in requirements gathering or Business Analysis
* Demonstrated success delivering technology-enabled change, system transitions, and cross-functional projects
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams
* High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
