In the mobilisation phase, you’ll roll up your sleeves with day to day caretaking (unlocking/locking, daily checks, room set ups, first line repairs and emergency response), while you recruit and develop the premises team and embed simple, robust systems. Training will be provided for Passivhaus operations and controls.
What you’ll lead

• Community & Events: lettings coordination and logistics for open evenings, performances and exams
This role is for you if you
• Enjoy building effective systems and teams in a start up environment

• Balance hands on caretaking with operational planning and reporting
• Are ready to learn and lead Passivhaus performance (training provided)
