Salary: £24,139.67 - £25,819.26 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus
Term Time Only | 40 Hours per Week
We are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive team in Burgess Hill. This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in education.
What You'll Be Doing:-
Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils

Supporting behavioural development and emotional wellbeing

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons

Reinforcing learning and adapting activities where required

Supporting pupils to develop independence

Experience supporting children (SEN experience advantageous)

Caring, patient and proactive mindset

Strong communication skills
-
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
