We are urgently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a specialist setting in Burgess Hill.
Key duties include:

Supporting behaviour management and concentration

Providing structured feedback on pupil progress

Assisting in delivering tailored learning activities

Encouraging independence and personal development

Supporting a safe and positive learning environment
Requirements:

Experience working with children in a school setting

Positive, resilient and adaptable attitude

Valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
