We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy and supportive team maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a positive, hands‑on attitude.
Your new role
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and shrub pruning
- Litter picking and maintaining clean, tidy communal areas
- Planting, weeding, and seasonal grounds care
- Basic grounds repairs and upkeep
- Safe use and daily checks of grounds maintenance machinery
- Working independently or as part of a team to meet daily targets
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous grounds or outdoor labouring experience
- Ability to operate grounds equipment (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
- Good awareness of health & safety and safe working practices
- Reliable, punctual, and happy working outdoors in all weather
- Driving licence preferred
