Job Title: Conference Administrator
Location: Hampton (TW12)
Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday 09:00–17:30

We are seeking an organised and proactive Conference Administrator to join our busy office-based team in Hampton. This is an administrative-focused role supporting the coordination of conference and event bookings from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing conference and event enquiries accurately

Updating CRM and internal booking systems

Preparing proposals, confirmations and client correspondence

Liaising with venues, suppliers and clients via phone and email

Maintaining accurate records and documentation


Skills & Experience:

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High attention to detail

Positive, professional and team-oriented attitude

No previous conference experience required as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in administration and events within a supportive and friendly team environment.
