Job Advert

We are seeking a Quality Manager to our join team. This role is a key leadership role reporting into the Director of Governance &
Risk. You will be responsible for leading, maintaining, and continuously improving the organisation’s ISO 9001 certified quality
management framework across community equipment services, wheelchair provision services, and home improvement agency operations.
You will ensure adherence to internal quality processes, contractual and regulatory standards, and industry‑recognised
frameworks, providing oversight, assurance, and guidance to service centres and senior leadership.

Millbrook Healthcare is a £200m turnover, business‑to‑government (B2G) healthcare organisation providing Community Equipment
Services (CES), Wheelchair Services (WCS), and Home Improvement Agency (HIA) services across the UK. The company grew
significantly following market changes in 2025 and now supports around 1,000 employees across 17+ service centres within CES
alone.

Required Skills and Experience

* Significant experience working within community equipment services, wheelchair services, or home improvement agencies.
* Demonstrable experience managing, maintaining, or improving an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
* Experience planning and delivering internal audit programmes, including non‑conformance identification and CAPA processes.
* Experience working within regulated service environments and interpreting contractual or compliance requirements.
* Experience producing high‑quality reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, service centre managers, and external
partners.
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret performance or audit data to identify trends and improvement
opportunities.
* Enthusiastic and self‑motivated, with a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
