Job Advert

We are seeking a Compliance & Performance Officer to our join team. Based at our Totton office, this is a key role reporting into
the Director of Governance & Risk.

You will play a key role in ensuring that service delivery across home improvement, community equipment, wheelchair provision
services, and related healthcare support contracts is safe, effective, and compliant with internal governance frameworks and
external regulatory and contractual expectations.

You will be responsible for maintaining an up to date contract deliverables dataset, reporting performance against the
requirements and promises made in the contracts. You will also support the Governance team in maintaining the document control
system to support our management systems, collate data on complaints management, and develop reporting and analytical frameworks
that support continuous service improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

* Educated to degree level or possessing equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., health management, business
administration, data/analytics, governance, or similar).
* Evidence of ongoing professional development in governance, compliance, data analysis, or performance management.
* Strong understanding of community healthcare operations, particularly equipment and wheelchair services.
* Knowledge of governance principles, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
* Awareness of complaints handling best practice and customer feedback processes.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear actions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in influencing stakeholders at all levels
