Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimise daily transport routes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- Allocate vehicles and drivers, ensuring full compliance with regulations such as driver hours and maintenance schedules.
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve service issues and maintain service levels.
- Monitor vehicle movements and update schedules as required.
- Prepare reports, performance data, and delivery/collection records.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with health & safety and transport legislation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the transport operation.
