About Us
At Alliance Transfer Service, we understand the importance of safe, reliable, and professional home-to-school transport. We work with local councils and schools across Doncaster, ensuring students travel securely and on time.
We are currently recruiting Passenger Assistants to join our team, working 10–25 hours per week. The role offers £12.21 per hour.
Work will be based in and around Doncaster. Ideally, successful applicants will live near Doncaster city centre or be able to travel there daily. Some transport costs may be covered.
Please note: A full enhanced DBS check is required.

Role & Responsibilities
• Safely escort children from home to school in the mornings and from school/college to home in the afternoons.
• Ensure each child boards the vehicle (e.g. taxi) safely and is securely seated before travel.
• Provide care and supervision for children and young people, including those with additional needs, during journeys.
• Maintain good relationships with parents, schools, and drivers, helping create a positive and supportive atmosphere.
