North London, N19

  • Part-time, 3 days per week (typical hours 9am – 1pm)
  • Permanent position

The Role

This Admin Assistant position is a key support role within a busy workshop and office environment. You will assist with general administration and some accounts duties, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the office
  • Answering incoming calls with a confident, professional telephone manner
  • Assisting with basic accounts tasks and documentation
  • Liaising with workshop staff to support workflow coordination
  • Managing emails, correspondence and general enquiries
  • Filing, data entry and maintaining organised office systems

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be organised, approachable and confident in communicating with both clients and colleagues. You will thrive in a small team environment and enjoy a varied administrative role. About you:

  • Have a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ideally hold a valid, clean UK driving licence
  • Be flexible and willing to work additional hours when needed
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software would be advantageous, but is not essential
