Administration Assistant
North London, N19
- Part-time, 3 days per week (typical hours 9am – 1pm)

The Role
This Admin Assistant position is a key support role within a busy workshop and office environment. You will assist with general administration and some accounts duties, helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the office
- Answering incoming calls with a confident, professional telephone manner
- Assisting with basic accounts tasks and documentation
- Liaising with workshop staff to support workflow coordination
- Managing emails, correspondence and general enquiries
- Filing, data entry and maintaining organised office systems
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be organised, approachable and confident in communicating with both clients and colleagues. You will thrive in a small team environment and enjoy a varied administrative role. About you:
- Have a confident and professional telephone manner
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ideally hold a valid, clean UK driving licence
- Be flexible and willing to work additional hours when needed
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software would be advantageous, but is not essential
