Summary

Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Bo'ness EH51 area
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 0830-1700
Pay: From £12.21 per hour, paid weekly
Contract: Temporary, ongoing

About the Role:
Kenect Recruitment is looking for dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse facility in Bo'ness EH51 area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse and sorting environment with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and Unload

• Monitor and perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards

• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping and distribution

• Using hand scanners for selecting correct items

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the warehouse area

• Follow all health and safety, and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written english

• Previous experience in picking and packing is a plus but not essential; full training will be provided

• Excellent attention to detail to ensure correct orders are selected

• Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks such as lifting and moving stock

• Ability to lift, move 20kg boxes onto pallets

• Ability to stay productive and focused in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player with a positive attitude
