With a strong reputation for quality and technical excellence, they are continuing to grow and are now looking for a Trainee Factory Operative to join their team in Burnham-on-Crouch.

Are you the right person for the job?
• Ideally, have previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
• Able to work efficiently to strict deadlines
• Forklift experience is desirable (but not essential)
• Comfortable with manual handling and some heavy lifting
• Reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn new skills
What will your role look like?
• Filling and assembling products in line with the manufacturing schedule
• Labelling containers accurately to batch card specifications
• Supporting warehouse operations when required
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the factory
