Summary
Kismet Kebabs is a leading food manufacturing site specializing in Frozen Kebabs, Chicken Kebabs and semi cooked and sliced Kebabs. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Factory Operative to join our team in LATCHINGDON, Essex. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machinery and equipment (jet washes) safely and efficiently
Ensure all metals, trays and moulds are clean and free of debris and dirt.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential. Training will be given.
Physical fitness to stand for extended periods essential.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise risks
Ability to drive and access to own vehicle advantageous due to location.
