To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or equivalent, with experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant
- A deep understanding of the National Curriculum and a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the diverse needs of our students
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of young people
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team while also demonstrating initiative and independent problem-solving skills
