M&M Supply is recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary and secondary schools in Weston Super Mare. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with individual learners and help them reach their full potential in a supportive and rewarding environment.

About the Role

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a pupil who requires additional support, including children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. You will play a key role in supporting their academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil throughout the school day
