Quantum Scholars is recruiting multiple Learning Mentors to support young people with EOTAS (Educated Otherwise Than At School) arrangements in Exeter and the surrounding area.
These roles involve working 1:1 with children and young people who are currently outside of mainstream education, delivering structured mentoring sessions that support engagement, wellbeing and personal development as part of their bespoke education package.
About the Role

Your sessions will focus on building trust and positive relationships, developing emotional regulation strategies, supporting life skills and independence, re-engaging young people with education, and encouraging aspiration and positive routines.
Sessions may take place in the young person's home, in community settings such as libraries or outdoor spaces, in agreed local venues, and occasionally online.
All delivery is agreed with the Local Authority and aligned to EHCP outcomes where applicable.
