Crynodeb
To provide professional mentorship to the junior occupational health staff under the direction of the Service Manager or Principal Nurse Advisor Clinical responsibility for overseeing junior staff in a on a day to day basis To participate in the development of policies, procedures, SOPs and clinical operating guidelines, which are in line with, evidence based practice To ensure agreed standards are met by participating in clinical audit To ensure active and effective delivery of Occupational Health services to the Trust and external clients To work closely with the Occupational Health Consultant Physicians to case manage referrals to the Department as triaged by the Head of Nursing Support contract management and assistance with SLA development as directed by the Service Manager or senior nursing staff To be accountable for ordering and auditing clinical supplies and vaccinations as required for the smooth running of the practice nurse clinics as directed by the Senior Specialist Nurse Advisors and Service Manage
