Clinical Care:Delivering a comprehensive oncoplastic breast service, including breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy, axillary staging, and potentially implant-based reconstruction. Clinic Responsibilities:Managing outpatient clinics, including "one-stop" diagnostic clinics where clinical examination, imaging, and biopsy results are reviewed with patients. MDT Participation:Active involvement in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss breast cancer patient management plans. Operational Management:Maintaining high clinical standards, managing waiting lists, and contributing to service improvement, audits, and governance. Patient Care Leadership:Taking ultimate responsibility for the care of patients under their team, including pre-operative assessments and postoperative follow-up.
