TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus as well.

About the role

Due to internal promotion, we are now looking for a People and Talent Assistant to join our People & Culture department. As a People & Talent assistant the successful candidate will work closely with the wider People & Culture Team, managers and employees to provide a full range of administrative support, ensuring that all HR processes are undertaken in an efficient and timely manner.



As a People & Talent assistant you will be involved in our core People processes, mainly focusing on our end to end recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, issuing contracts and letters and completing pre-employment checks.



The position will involve some cross-campus travel and the successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience working to tight deadlines, in a fast paced environment. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative and be a strong team player. You must have excellent communication skills as the role requires you to provide a great customer service. Previous knowledge of HR would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
