Crynodeb
You will provide comprehensive administrative support across a range of workforce initiatives, acting as the first point of contact for member queries and ensuring a high level of service at all times.
The role involves coordinating and supporting the delivery of events including face-to-face and online webinars, training sessions, conferences, induction programmes, and stakeholder engagement activities. This includes liaising with facilities teams to arrange catering and audio-visual requirements, with occasional travel and overnight stays where required.
The successful candidate will contribute to workforce policy development, briefings, and report writing by administering and transcribing data, collating reports, and providing regular updates on workforce activity. They will also ensure robust financial administration, processing expense claims and payment requests accurately and efficiently.
In addition, the role will support digital communications by drafting clear, user-focused content for online platforms, uploading and publishing information via the content management system, and contributing to social media activity. Ongoing review of communication channels will be required to ensure content remains relevant, engaging, and up to date.
This role is for 6 months - 2 days based in the office and 3 days remote
