KS2 Teacher – Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately
These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different primary school settings. You will be supporting pupils in Brackley and the surrounding areas, delivering high‑quality learning experiences across Key Stage 2.Duties as KS2 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum following provided plans
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
• Adapt teaching approaches to support a diverse range of learning needs
• Manage behaviour effectively and in line with school policies
• Assess and record pupil progress when required
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to wider school life during longer‑term placements
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

Ideal KS2 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Adaptable across different age groups and school settings
• Positive, organised, and committed to delivering high‑quality teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
