- Deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum following provided plans
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
- Adapt teaching approaches to support a diverse range of learning needs
- Manage behaviour effectively and in line with school policies
- Assess and record pupil progress when required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to wider school life during longer‑term placements
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- Adaptable across different age groups and school settings
- Positive, organised, and committed to delivering high‑quality teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
