Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and responding to the sales team inbox
- Maintaining and updating the database with new sales opportunities and projects
- Coordinating internal approval processes for pricing adjustments, discounts, and special terms
- Supporting the evaluation and analysis of future demand forecasts
- Establishing internal systems for new business accounts to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience
- Preparing and compiling tender documentation for client submission
- Managing internal forecasting tools in alignment with sales team insights
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of tenders and documentation
Candidate Attributes:
- High Attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Salary – Up to £31k + monthly team bonus (after probation)
Hours – Full Time – Monday - Friday
