With over 40 years’ combined experience within Sales and Lettings our client, a leading and independent Estate Agency, are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team as a Property Sales Administrator on permanent basis from their bright and spacious offices based in Churchdown, Gloucester.
As Property Sales Administrator you will work alongside the sales team to support with any associated admin. You will be responsible for booking viewings and valuations both in person and over the phone, answering any incoming enquiries, and preparing any required documentation. You will become a vital support to the office and will gain valuable knowledge of the local property market.
You will ideally have experience within the property industry whether that be sales or lettings however, if you have strong administrative skills and strong desire to learn all things property then please do apply as our client will provide training and support.
As part of your role, you may also be required to assist and carry our property viewings as requested and therefore, to apply you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Candidate Attributes:
-Ability to provide and uphold exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
-Computer literate
-Polite nature with a positive outlook
-Ability to remain calm under pressure
-Ability to work as part of a team, using your initiative to provide support
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm + 1 in 5 Saturdays, 9am – 2pm with a day off in lieu (part time hours also considered)
Salary: £13 per hour + regular salary reviews, free parking and annual summer & Christmas parties
