Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Allocations and Verifications Officer (SO2) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all allocations and verifications are executed accurately and timely. Your expertise will support the mission of our organization by providing essential data to inform decision-making processes. As an Allocations and Verifications Officer, you will be responsible for managing, processing, and ensuring the integrity of allocation data. You will work closely with various departments to collect and verify financial and logistical information, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. This position requires a strong analytical mindset to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. In addition, you will be involved in developing and maintaining tracking systems to optimize allocation processes, as well as generating comprehensive reports to present findings to management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities
Manage and process allocation requests ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Conduct regular verifications of allocated resources to ensure compliance with established standards.
Develop and maintain efficient tracking systems for allocation and verification processes.
Collaborate with different departments to gather and validate data for allocations.
Prepare and present reports on allocation activities and discrepancies detected during verifications.
Identify trends and patterns in allocation data to inform strategic decisions.
Provide training and support to staff on allocation policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in allocations or financial verification roles.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Day: £23.51
Location: Lambeth, South East London
