Unity Academy Assistant Headteacher – Outreach
Salary range: Leadership scale: L3 to L7 (£54,394 to £60,145)
Starting point on scale TBC and dependent upon experience
Contract: Full time, permanent
Line of responsibility: Responsible to the Headteacher
Start Date: Start of the summer term 2026 or as soon as available
You will be an experienced and strategic leader who can articulate our mission, vision and values and encourage and empower others to be the best that they can be for our pupils.
