Thank you for your interest in the post of Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO and CFOO of the Bosco Catholic Education Trust.This is an exciting, fast-paced and varied role, which will lend itself to a highly capable, professional and dedicated individual who wants to make a difference to the life-chances of the children entrusted to our care. We are looking to for an experienced and highly organised PA to provide professional, proactive and confidential support to the CEO and CFOO of our growing Trust community.
Working at the heart of the Trust’s leadership and governance arrangements, you will ensure the smooth running of executive operations, effective information flow, and strong compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will be a key link between senior leaders, trustees, headteachers, external partners and internal teams. You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage sensitive matters with absolute discretion. Experience in education, a MAT, charity or regulated sector would be an advantage, as would familiarity with governance, HR casework or statutory compliance but it is not essential.The ideal candidate will: Have substantial experience as a PA/EA supporting senior or executive leaders.Be exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.Demonstrate high levels of discretion, integrity and emotional intelligence.Be proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).Be comfortable with minute-taking, document preparation and governance processesCheck out the attached Recruitment Pack to read the full job description and to find out more about working at Bosco Catholic Education Trust.
