Bankside Hotel is a design-led, award-winning hotel located on London’s vibrant South Bank. As part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, the hotel combines creative luxury with independent spirit, delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of London’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.
We are seeking a commercially driven, analytically strong and strategically minded Revenue Manager to lead and optimise the hotel’s rooms revenue performance.
Position Summary:
The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximising hotel rooms revenue, market share and profitability through the strategic management of pricing, inventory, segmentation, distribution and forecasting.
This role plays a key leadership function within the Leadership Team, driving commercial performance while ensuring full alignment with Marriott brand standards and systems.
The successful candidate will bring proven Revenue Management experience within Marriott, with a strong understanding of Marriott systems, distribution platforms, reporting tools and commercial strategy frameworks.
Position Responsibilities
Marriott Systems & Brand Compliance (Essential)
Operate and optimise Marriott revenue management systems (e.g., One Yield, MARSHA, MRDW and associated platforms).
Ensure full compliance with Marriott revenue standards and distribution strategies.
Collaborate with Marriott above-property revenue and market teams to drive alignment and performance.
Leverage Marriott Bonvoy and loyalty data insights to enhance segmentation and revenue strategies.
Revenue Strategy & Performance
Develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory controls to maximise RevPAR, ADR and occupancy.
Drive competitive market share growth through data-led analysis and proactive strategy adjustments.
Formulate and execute transient, corporate and leisure pricing strategies.
Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and demand forecasting analysis.
Manage mix optimisation to ensure the most profitable segmentation strategy.
Forecasting & Budgeting
Deliver accurate weekly, monthly and annual rooms revenue forecasts aligned with ownership and brand expectations.
Lead the annual rooms revenue budgeting process in collaboration with the General Manager, Sales and Finance team.
Analyse pace, pick-up and demand patterns to inform tactical decision-making.
Distribution & Channel Management
Oversee all distribution channels including Marriott direct platforms, OTAs and GDS.
Optimise channel mix to reduce cost of acquisition and increase direct contribution.
Manage relationships with key OTA market managers to maximise visibility and performance.
Monitor rate parity and ensure inventory accuracy across all channels.
Commercial Collaboration
Partner closely with the Director of Sales to develop account-specific pricing strategies.
Lead weekly Sales Strategy and Business Review meetings with Director of Sales focused on transient and corporate performance.
Work collaboratively with Marketing to align digital campaigns, SEO/SEM and promotional activity with demand needs.
Support Front Office upsell and sell-out strategies to maximise room revenue.
Leadership & Communication
Act as a commercial leader within the hotel, providing clear direction and data-driven insights.
Educate and influence stakeholders on revenue management principles and market trends.
Present performance reports to ownership and senior stakeholders.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Ability to train people and convey complex systems functionalities to a broad audience

· Experience:
Minimum of 3 year’s experience preferred in a Revenue Management role in key gateway cities, leading others in a dynamic team environment
Minimum of 3 years experience preferred with Excel and related data management systems
