Duties and responsibilities
- Collect HSQES data from multiple sources (including, but not limited to, EcoOnline, Safe Insights, and CLIC) and ensure completeness.
- Enter and validate data accurately and on time within HSQES systems and reporting tools.
- Maintain master data records (including master frequency tables) to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, working with site HSQES leads to support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain a data quality issue log and track resolution progress to support governance standards.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information.
- Generate standard extracts and summaries for dashboards and scorecards to support leadership visibility.
- Support system administration tasks, including configuration and maintenance of HSQES platforms (EcoOnline reporting, SharePoint, Power BI).
- Support compliance with data governance and audit requirements, maintaining integrity and traceability.
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve data accuracy and reporting processes.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables) and SharePoint.
Experience in data administration or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills both written and verbal. |
Familiarity with HSQES principles and compliance frameworks.
Experience with Power BI (basic navigation and data extracts).
Knowledge of data governance and audit processes.
Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate) or database systems. |
