Location: Birmingham
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to help build and test medical devices. You will work as part of a team to make sure products are made safely, correctly, and on time.
What You'll Do
- Help manufacture and test medical devices
- Maintain and check equipment
- Complete paperwork and records accurately
- Use the company system (ERP) to track work
- Report any issues to your supervisor
- Follow health and safety rules
- Support the team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science
- Teamwork experience
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and time management
Desirable:
- A Levels or a relevant degree
- Lab experience
- Knowledge of Health & Safety or Quality processes
Personal Qualities
- Reliable and organised
- Positive attitude
- Good timekeeping
- Flexible if overtime is needed
