Summary

Welder / Fabricator (MIG & TIG)

Location: Birmingham | Salary: £16.50+ per hour (DOE) | Hours: 38 per week

We are working with a specialist fabrication company that produces high-quality balustrades, handrails, and architectural metalwork. Most of the work is factory-based, with occasional site visits — overnight stays are rare.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Fabricating metal structures using MIG & TIG welding.


  • Reading and working from engineering drawings.


  • Delivering high-quality finished products that meet company standards.


  • Performing occasional site installations of your work.


    Who We’re Looking For:

    • Experienced MIG & TIG welder/fabricator.


    • Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings.


    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.


    • Flexible for local site visits; site installation experience is a bonus but not essential.
