What you'll do
- Run our Customer/Hello Hub, owning contractor queries from first contact through to resolution.
- Keep communication flowing through regular engagement calls, pre‑starter check‑ins, and ongoing wellbeing support.
- Produce clear MI that highlights volumes, trends, and SLA performance.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, surveys, focus groups, and monthly communications.
- Champion inclusion, safety, and the Virtuoso Way across the contractor community.
What you'll bring
- Experience supporting contractors or contingent workforces.
- Background in helpdesk or case management.
- Confidence handling onboarding or inflight engagement.
- Strong data literacy and SLA awareness.
- Ability to operate confidently
Where you'll work
- During vetting: primarily Luton, with travel to London.
- Post‑clearance: mainly London, plus regular Luton presence and occasional WFH.
