Marketing Coordinator
Full‑Time | Luton | From £26,500 + Benefits
A long‑established, multi-disciplinary group operating across construction, joinery and specialist service sectors is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join its busy in‑house marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule daily social media content
Provide administrative support, including invoice processing, planner updates and handling enquiries
Create internal and external newsletters
Write press releases and develop media relationships
Prepare and submit entries for industry awards
Produce written content and graphics for social media and online channels
Develop copy for tenders, bids and corporate materials
Maintain marketing data, reports and management information
Support community initiatives and charity partnerships
Order promotional merchandise and branded materials
Assist with planning and delivering company events
Essential Skills
Strong passion for marketing, PR and design
Good understanding of digital marketing and social platforms
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging across all departments
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Ability to deliver clear internal and external communications
Positive “can‑do” attitude with strong problem‑solving skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other sites when required
Desirable Skills
Previous experience in a marketing role
Experience within the construction or property industries
Event planning or fundraising experience
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
Experience editing websites (Wix, WordPress or similar)
Job Type & Location
Full‑time preferred; part‑time considered (minimum 3 days per week)
Office‑based role in Luton due to the varied nature of the work
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary: £26,500 (full‑time), depending on experience
33 days’ annual leave including bank holidays
On‑site parking
