What we offer:25 days holiday plus bank holidaysUp to 60% discount for you, your partner as well as your family and friendsEnhanced benefits, including maternity, paternity, pension, sick pay and life assuranceFabulous training and development opportunities including funding qualificationsYou will be responsible for:Manage all insurance, liability and property claims effectively.Review and enhance internal insurance processes to drive continuous improvement and improve efficiencies.Investigate injury claims alongside our third party claims handler to determine root causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence.Perform data analysis to understand risk exposure, trends, and potential vulnerabilities within operational processes.Prepare monthly reports, maintain records, and ensure accurate documentation.Provide support to business units in understanding and applying risk management. practices and policies.Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance.Manage multiple inboxes and Risk page within our colleague engagement platform.Co-ordinate the annual insurance renewal and act as a point of contact for insurance queries within Moto.Raise POs and process invoices.Support the Risk Director with organising the quarterly H&S Committee meetings and document actions arising from the meeting.Support the wider team with communications and presentations for their projects.Ad hoc implementation of projects.The candidate we are looking for will have:Understanding of H&S and insurable risk management principles and practices.Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the relevant industry is desirable.Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., H&S, GDPR).Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.Ability to assess risks, analyse data, and propose effective solutions.A meticulous approach to compliance matters.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyWe offer flexible working arrangements, including options to adjust your hours, work compressed schedules, or follow a fixed shift pattern to support your work–life balance.Ready to take your career to the next level with us?
