Students who study with us have a wide range of needs including profound and multiple learning disabilities, communication and behavioural difficulties and specific medical needs. All students are individual, and their learning programme is designed to support and empower them to achieve their aspirations and goals, whilst developing skills to become more independent members of their community.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Standards and Quality Support Lead to work closely with senior leaders to drive highquality teaching, learning, and student support across college centres. The purpose of this role is to support the ongoing improvement of educational standards, develop staff through coaching and professional development, and that EHCPs are followed properly.

Key Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status
Experience in specialist school and/or college settings
Experience teaching of students with SEND and complex needs
Ability to lead, coach and develop staff
